NAVFAC MIDLANT Awards Nearly $154M Construction Contract at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown

NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded Sauer Construction, Jacksonville, Florida, a nearly $154 million, firm-fixed price contract for construction services onboard Naval Weapons Station Yorktown in Yorktown, Virginia.

Work will be performed on the installation and is scheduled for completion by February 2030.

Fiscal year (FY) 2024 and FY 2026 military construction (Navy) funding will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the FY. The maximum dollar value, including the base price and three options, is $154,192,299.

This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov website, with three offers received.
