Scott County Defense Counsel Opportunity Driving While Barred Contract

The State Public Defender’s Office is seeking to fill a vacant special contract position with an attorney who will be representing defendants charged with Driving While Barred in Scott County, Iowa. The attorney will be one of two special contract attorneys handling all newly filed DWB matters. The contract will begin on October 1, 2026 and end on June 30, 2027. Rate of pay is $2,625 per month.
